Who we are
Haltechni Concrete is a referral service for homeowners in Cutler Bay and the Cutler Bay area. We help people who want new concrete work: driveways, stamped concrete and patios. We are not a contractor. We do not pour, finish or cut concrete.
Why this site exists
Starting a concrete project feels like a lot. Who do you call? What should you measure? What will they ask? This site answers those questions in plain words. Then it connects you with a local provider so you can get a real estimate.
Who does the work
Independent providers in our network do the work. They run their own businesses, set their own prices, and sign their own agreements with you. When you see "the provider" on this site, that is who we mean.
How providers are matched
You send a request or place a call. Your project type and location guide where it goes. A provider that handles that kind of work in your area can pick it up. Availability varies by provider and by season, so request a callback to check who is available near you.
What we expect from providers
We ask providers to be honest about what they offer. They should explain their process, give written quotes, and follow local rules. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, permits and insurance where the law requires them. Ask to see proof before you sign.
What we do not do
We do not do the work, set prices, or promise schedules. We do not run foundation repair, and foundation repair experts are a different trade. This site is also built for new concrete, so if you need concrete driveway repair on an old slab, a provider may suggest replacement, but we cannot promise that fit. We also do not handle insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How we are paid
Providers in our network may pay Haltechni Concrete for referrals. You are not charged by Haltechni Concrete for a connection. Any price for the work is agreed between you and the provider, so get it in writing.
